We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our Customer, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

Return, Replacement & Refund Requests
Upon purchasing the products through the Firm’s Platform, you do not have the right to place a return request or process a return request on the Platform on general grounds. The Return window will be open for 07 days from the product’s delivery date. The User shall have the option to either return or replace the original product during the period of 07 days. The User shall also provide sufficient reason for the return under the comments option available at the return window.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in

1. The User shall ensure to return the original product along with freebies and combos (if applicable).
2. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
3. The User shall ensure that Product’s original packaging/ box is undamaged. 

To be eligible for a replacement

1. The User may place a replacement request only if the Products arrived are physically damaged or is in defective condition or a wrong product has been delivered.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable and the shipping cost involved in return will be deducted from the refund amount. 

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases

1. If the product is returned after seven days.
2. If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging

PROCESSING OF REFUND
The User may raise a request for a refund by contacting the customer care at [email protected] within 24 hours. The query will be resolved within 24 hours. The Firm shall waive all other means of communication made. The Firm shall process the refund within 07-10 working days from the date of delivery receipt. The refund amount shall only be credited back to the same source from where these were received

CANCELLATION
As a User, you do not have the right to cancel your order after the product is shipped. Membership purchase can be cancelled : a) within 7 days from the date of purchase, and b) Membership benefits haven't been used

The Firm at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

1. if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or 
2. if it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use, or 
3. in case of unavailability of a service, or 
4. for any reason outside the control of the Firm including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
5. if the Firm does not want to do business with the User

If a User is not available at the registered address at the time of delivery and if the User is unavailable to pick the call, the order will stand cancelled by the Firm.

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of Product specifications and pricing, the details of the product as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Firm. In such event, the Firm reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards the purchase of such product or can provide the same package that is bought by you.

The Firm maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying Users and reserve the right to deny access to such Users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
